These homeowners decided to downsize after being in their home for 19 years. To get their home ready for market a few updates were needed to be competitive. We were hired to repaint all of the ceilings and walls throughout the home, do a bit of landscaping clean up, and helped with lighting and hardware updates. Staging the whole home helps potential buyers visualize how this home would work for them and eliminates any potential rooms that may feel odd or small.
